Casie Terry Mace is the Content and Social Media Manager of Live in the Now.

Her appreciation for natural health began long before she attended the University of Maryland to study dietetics. She now puts her passion for nutrition to use teaching people how to make healthy choices along the path to optimal wellness. She is a Certified Nutrition Counselor and an American Association of Nutritional Counselors (AANC) professional member.

An accomplished baker and an avid runner, Casie also enjoys good food, learning how to “cheat” food (not giving up the yummy for the healthy!), reading about cutting-edge nutritional research, and spending time with her yorkie, Mitz Bitz.
